To help us properly assess your project and provide the most accurate pricing possible, we need a minimum amount of information about your project.
Please send us an email and make sure to address each of the points listed below. This will allow us to estimate the cost for producing the desired plans.
Kindly note that all meetings will be conducted in French.
What we need to know
To properly assess your project and provide the most accurate pricing possible, we require at least the following information:
New Construction
- A site plan with the lot number, city and/or address
- The type of building (bungalow, two-storey house, with or without a basement suite, duplex, etc.)
- An idea of the desired dimensions, either in size or square footage (please specify whether this includes a garage or not)
- The number of bedrooms required
- The size of the garage (single, double) and whether there is a floor above it or not (if applicable)
- Basement: finished, unfinished, crawl space, slab-on-grade?
- Desired architectural style
- A sketch of the desired layout or any other important information related to the project
Feel free to include images or sketches that illustrate your ideas.
Renovation Projects
- The address and the property location certificate of the building involved in the project
- The type of renovation (extension, remodeling, addition of a garage—with or without a second floor, etc.)
- An idea of the desired dimensions and project details
- Photos of the existing building and the areas affected by the project (both interior and exterior, depending on the nature of the project)
- Desired architectural style (if the façade is being redone)
- A sketch of the desired layout
- Any other important information related to the project
