A bit of history…

Dessina Plan Plus Inc. came to life in Mr. Gilbert Thérien’s basement. After six years of operation, Mr. Thérien partnered with Mr. Sylvain Lavoie, who also had his own business. As new partners, they acquired an existing business in Rosemère and personally transformed it by undergoing a complete renovation of the building. Over the years, they were able to meet the demand while continuously improving to better serve you.

After 26 years of existence, Mr. Thérien and Mr. Lavoie decided to trust one of their loyal employees and pass the torch to her.

Today, with Mrs. Chartrand and her dynamic employees, Dessina Plan will be at the forefront of technology and will continue to provide quality service.

For over 35 years, Dessina Plan Plus Inc. has been working in the field of architecture, producing nearly 200 house plans per year (new homes, renovations, commercial projects, and more). Our team of technologists and technicians specializes in designing customized plans to help you realize the house of your dreams!
